Yes you can.

During checkout, there is option for you to use a different delivery address. 

You must contact our customer service via whatsapp or call us +6016-707-8109  immediately if you made an error in your delivery/mailing address.

However, if your order is sent out in transit already, we will not be able to accept any changes on the delivery address.

We support all local Malaysia banks via FPX and also accept international credit cards.

Our payment gateway (BOLD Pay) accepts payment via credit card, online banking and specific e-wallets.

Unfortunately we do not accept american express or unionpay credit/charge cards.

Unfortunately, no refunds or cancellations are allowed after the payment has been made.

Our frozen truck delivery vendor or our in-house drivers will contact you to make alternative arrangements if no person is receiving your package at your delivery address.

Common kitchen equipment that you may need, depending on the type of products you buy from us:

  • Frying pan or pot (for fried products)
  • Cooking oil (for fried products)
  • Big-enough pot for putting your meal pouch into boiling water.

Our products can be kept up to 3 months, as long it is in the freezer.

Do NOT refreeze/defrost and put your meals back if u have already defrosted.
The flavors, textures and quality are affected when food is refrozen, so we do not recommend you refreeze them.

It is recommended to best consume your products within 1 month.
