Cooking Instructions:
Deep Fry Preparation
Step 1: Put pouch in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes to defrost
Step 2: Remove pouch, deep oil fry the chicken chop for 7-8 minutes.

Grilled Preparation
Step 1: Put pouch in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes to defrost
Step 2: Remove pouch, pan fry on low heat for 8-10 minutes or until tender.
